Installing Apex COD Form

Prerequisites

Before installing, make sure you have:

A Shopify store with an active plan
- Admin access to your store
- A theme that supports app blocks (Online Store 2.0)

## Installation Steps

Step 1: Add the App

Go to the Shopify App Store
2. Search for "Apex COD Form"
3. Click "Add app"
4. Review the permissions and click "Install app"

### Step 2: Enable the App

1. After installation, you'll be redirected to the app dashboard
2. Click "Enable COD Form"
3. Select which products/collections should show the COD option

### Step 3: Theme Integration

For Online Store 2.0 themes:
1. Go to Online Store > Themes > Customize
2. Navigate to a product page
3. Click "Add block" and select "Apex COD Form"
4. Position the block where you want the form to appear

### Step 4: Test Your Setup

1. Enable test mode in the app settings
2. Visit a product page on your store
3. The COD form should appear instead of the regular checkout
4. Place a test order to verify everything works

## Troubleshooting

If the form doesn't appear:
- Clear your browser cache
- Make sure the app is enabled
- Check that the product is eligible for COD
