Services

Ecom Corp provides Shopify applications designed to help merchants optimize their Cash on Delivery operations. Our services include but are not limited to:

• Apex COD Form - COD checkout optimization
• Phone verification services
• Order confirmation messaging
• Address validation

Account Registration

To use our services, you must have a valid Shopify store and install our app through the Shopify App Store. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use our services for any illegal purpose
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Attempt to reverse engineer our software
• Interfere with or disrupt our services
• Use our services to send spam or fraudulent messages

Payment Terms

Subscription fees are billed through Shopify's billing system. Prices are subject to change with notice. Refunds are handled according to Shopify's policies and our refund policy.

Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect service availability.

Data Processing

Our handling of your data is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you authorize us to process data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our services are owned by Ecom Corp and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ecom Corp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ecom Corp from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services at any time for violation of these terms. You may uninstall our apps at any time through your Shopify admin.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.
